Ok so on Friday I weighed in that morning with a one pound gain and I was so upset about it plus I had a cold, went home early from work and weighed again and that pound was gone, then Saturday another pound gone (also water, I think). So Sunday I was supposed to go over to a friend's house and I put on my size 26 jeans that have been getting baggier and baggier, and y'all... I could pull them off without unbuttoning or unzipping them. They were that big. So I pulled out a size 22 pair that I haven't been able to wear in forever... and they fit PERFECTLY! YAY!! I gave those size 26s to my friend that day since she is able to wear them. I am such a happy camper!!

Ohhh I know you are sooo happy. I remember being there myself. It makes you feel so good about your self and your progress. It's motivation to keep going huh. Even when my 11-12 jeans were so baggy, it made me just as happy as when the 22's were baggy. You are doing wonderful. Keep up the great work.

Congratulations JulieK. I was surprised the other day when I bought a size 14 pair of pants and they fit perfectly. Back in January I wore a size 20 UGH..I don't even want to think about myself when I had to wear those pants. But you are doing FANTATIC. Keep up the good job before you know it you will be at goal.
