View Full Version : How is the 100+ club getting on?
I'm one and wondered how Marianne, azgirl, phylis and hinchley are getting on (apologies if I've missed any names out). I've lost 57 pounds and would like to see 210 (that's 41 pounds away and my first big goal). I try not to think too far ahead - too scary!!
Anyway - how are you lot coping?
Let me know.

hinchley 07-31-00, 01:21 PM Hi Lucy,
Good to hear your losing. I'm losing too according to my scale and my daughter. As far as i can till i've lost another 4lbs,my daughter says she knows i'm losing cuz she can fit her arms all the way around me and before she couldn't. That makes me soo happy to know i'm doing it! Well tonight is weigh-in for me. Will be back good or bad. Lori

Lori and Lucy..... sounds like both of you are doing great! Isn't that a great feeling to have your daughter measure you with her arms, Lori? Lucy, I think you are doing the wise thing by not looking too far ahead. I know for me that only means getting discouraged. Taking it a day at a time is so much less overwhelming. Take care and good luck to both of you!

hinchley 08-01-00, 10:59 PM Hi Lucy&Dj,
Well i'm back to say i've lost exactly 1and 1/4lbs. Pretty good cuz i wasn't that good. Hurt my foot last week so it's been tough on the walking part i usually walk at least 3-4 times aweek at 35 minutes at a time. Seems to be enough for now until i can find more time. Well hang in there and think positive and good things will happen. Drink your water at least a gallon a day,it does work!
Take Care be back soon. Lori :) :)

Marianne 08-06-00, 12:23 AM Lucy,
Hi!! Well, I haven't been logging on to dt in about a week, which seems like an eternity! I didn't have a computer anymore and had to go out and buy one. Well, here I am! My last weigh-in was 258, that's down from 295 since January. I have had a rough time of things the past week. I am such an emotional eater, and things get so stressful sometimes. I feel so powerless at times. However, I have managed to work out for four days this past week, and I know that's what keep me up and fighting without falling of for good. I hope all is well with you and your goals as well. Take care.

Hi Lucy - (and everyone else :))
I'm sorry I have not been in for awhile, I was out of town. I am doing fairly well, I have lost another 10 lbs - I have about 100 to 105 to go til goal and I am determined to make it. After being on vacation I just jumped back on to my program yesterday and so far so good, back to eating right, drinking water and I did my taebo today.
I will try to come in more often and keep you posted, as I was flatered that someone cared about how I was doing. Thank you very much.
Wishing everyone else much success and hope you all have a great night.

Marianne 08-13-00, 01:58 PM Hi Lucy,
Well, it's me again. I've been having a horrible time dealing with stress lately. My healthy eating did suffer. However, I weighed in yesterday and now I am 255. Three pounds down from my last weigh in two weeks ago. I think I've just had so many things to do and have been running around trying to get it all done, that it really helped after the bad eating. I hope you are doing well,as well as all the other people in the 100 pound club. Take care.
