Ok guys -- this has been a bad week for me in terms of my eating plan. I've been way way WAY off plan and as a result I have seen a 1 pound gain. This morning I resolved to get back on the wagon and challenged myself to staying 4 days (or 96 hours) on plan. I think that it is doable and I feel better already just for having made that goal. Everyone wish me luck and I hope we all have a great weekend!

Good luck Julie!!!!
I feel sure you'll manage 4 days, no sweat (unless exercising).
Go for it!

Julie, you did the right thing by getting back on track. If we all received a dollar for everytime we messed up and started over again, we would have a real fistful of cash.
Good luck over the weekend.

Hey Juliek....you have done great so far, and the best part is that you know you have to get right back at it. I will check on you over the weekend and see how you are doing.....let me say this, if you can say you are going to start a 4 day goal and start it over the weekend, you are going to do it...(you know I used to have the "well I might as well start fresh monday" :) now I am also thinking...my goal is to continue over the weekend and look forward to Monday. stay positive. Excellent, JulieK.
That's the most important thing, to just keep coming back. Everyone goes off, but if
we just keep bouncing back like a rubber ball, then nothing can keep us from eventually making goal.
Congratulations on getting back on track.
