I just wanted to post to let you all know that your responses really have helped me. I didn't eat good today, but I did exercise today. I did arobics for an hour, went sunning, and I feel great! Tomorrow, I go grocery shopping, and I'm going to plan low fat, low calorie meals. Not to mention, I'm not buying any snack foods! Well, unless they are good for me. I love veggies, I'll stock up on that. Thank you for all you motivational words, I think this BB is just what I need! I will post tomarrow night to let you all know how I have done on my first day.

Sage_RainWillow, I think you're on your way. Planning your meals around healthy stuff is the best thing you can do to ensure you eat right. Keeping in mind what you want to achieve when you are making out your shopping list is a very smart thing to do! Remember that old saying "Fail to plan, plan to fail.." there's something to that for me. Take care and have fun at the grocery!
