knee is feeling better, but not heeled, my doctor is not in today, so i am calling at 8am tomorrow, as soon as he gets there. well, i know, the dress is going to need some serious alterations. im going to call in a couple of weeks, see if i can lose a couple(10) more pounds, ill keep you posted.

I'm so happy for you that you are losing your weight. From what I gather from your postings you are getting married? When? What a great motivator! Boy I bet it'll feel so good to take your dress for altering, especially to make it smaller. What a wonderful reward for all the hard work and determination to stick with it.

I hope I can do as well as you. Today is my first day on my program and I DID IT!! I'm so happy. It was all the reading and posting in Diettalk's BBS that gave me the strength to stick it out. Now, tomorrow is another day and that's all I have to think about is one day at at a time, right?

thanks cindy, i wish you all the luck too, and i know you can do it. youre right, one day at a time. anyways, i am renewing my vows(we eloped the first time, only mom could make it on a 5 day notice, hee hee)so the whole family can come. i bought a dress when we were planning a big wedding, but i rented one when we wed in las vegas. now, 33 pounds later, i tried it on, and it fell on the floor. yeah me. you keep me posted and i will do the same.
