Today I went to the gym and did 22 minutes on the treadmill. Made the mistake of not eating breakfast first and then just didn't feel like exercising. Will go back tomorrow and and work harder. weight today 251 need 61 more pounds to reach my goal. Will try to reach my goal by 10/01/01. ;)

Good Morning Rich!
If I exercise without eating first I absolutely have no energy to do it and end up resenting my efforts and wanting to quit. :( Wow! 61lbs to go...you're getting there! :) How are you feeling lately...how's the old ticker? Good, I hope. Best of luck with your exercise plan! :D BTW HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!! :)

35 minutes on the treadmill and 50 crunches today. Ate healthy and feel good. :D

Well today I went to the gym and did 46 minutes on the treadmill and 12 on the stationary bike and 5 minutes on the rowing machine.Also did 50 crunches. Feel good and ate healthy today

BigRich...I always used to keep a supply of those protein "workout" bars on hand. You know, the ones about 350 calories with 10 grams of fat and protein. Eat one of those before you go to the gym and you will last longer in your workout. They are also helpful to have around when you are too busy to eat properly. They keep you from getting overly hungry and blowing the diet. Keep up the good work.

Went to the gym today and did 42 minutes on the treadmill and 12 minutes on the bike and then 10 minutes on the rowing machine and did 50 crunches.
For breakfast it was Egg beater and turkey bacon and two pieces of light plain toast and 1/2 glass of milk.lunch and dinner are undecided :)

I know you're venting but exercise is never for nothing! It can only make you better even if you never lose another stinking pound! So...hang in there with the exercise...you'll not regret it! :) ;)

Went to the gym and did 44 minutes on the treadmill 12 minutes on the bike and 60 crunches. Weighed myself 250 pounds.

yipee! see exersize was not for nothing. I feel like I eat like a pig. But I walked 251/2 miles last week. paid off. you keep it up man. gotta keep Chuck motivated. ;)

yesterday I didn't exercise but eat good and today went to the gym and did 24 minutes on the treadmill and have eat healthy today

Not feeling well today so no exercise but will control my eating :( and yes Mishay the meat is in the frig and I won't touch it. ;)

Been a bad weekend gain five pounds from last week 250last 255 this week. Juat have to try harder. NO exercise

Don't dwell on those five pounds. Just try to keep eating healthy and positive. I know it must be hard. Keep your chin up and you will get through this!

Have to go to the heart doctor on Thrusday and then get back into my exercising. Have been trying to eat healthy and am going to wait until next Monday to weigh myself.

Got the okay from the doctor to start exercising again.So I went to the gym and did 2.25 miles on the treadmill but didn't want to push it so I stopped after that.
For breakfast I had slim fast and 2 pieces of plain toast and for lunch it will be salad adn H/R chicken noodle soup and dinner will be veggie burgers and veggies and baked potato. Will weigh myself on Monday.

Good going Big Rich...slow and steady wins the race they say, right? It sounds to me like you are being very good about your exercise and food intake...just keep it up at a pace you can handle and you will do it!

Glad to see you are up and at it again Rich. You had us all very worried there for a while. Make sure you post daily just so we know you are still around..or otherwise we have call to call on the diet cops..LOL

Sprained my ankle on Friday night and have it in an air cast so my exercising is shutdown for about a week. But will continue to eat healthy.

Air casts are cool! We used to sell them.. Now you'll have a personal flotation device if you are on a boat that sinks now. :) I hope your ankle feels better soon.

Been having acute puncture done on my foot and it is doing better hope to get back to the gym next week. :)

Well it's been a while but now I have a bad cold so I can't exercise until I feel better. I did lose 4 pounds last week but I think it was water weight and will weight my self when I feel better. Haven't been eating much because of the cold. :(

Baylee I'm doing fine and this cold is just about gone. Tomorrow I am going back to the gym and exercise. I have been eating heathy and will weigh myself tomorrow. ;)

Breakfast-Slimfast

Lunch-squash,onions,mix peppers,carrot mixed

Dinner- same veggie mix and six fish sticks

3/4 gallon of water

Went to the doctors yesterday and lost one pound but that is better than gaining a pound. Want to lose 5 to 10 pounds before May 15th. Have been exercising and am going to increase that.

Thank you Baylee today was good I went to the gym did 2.16 miles on the treadmill and 8.64 miles on the stationary bike at a level 5. my eating was good:

Breakfast cereal with skim milk (raisin bran)

lunch H/C Beef and Macaroni

Dinner Chicken Breast and mixed veggies

Snack Banana and an apple for later

Today I didn't exercise at the gym but did do a lot of walking and ate good

Breakfast egg beaters and H/C Choice suasage

Lunch Bratwarst suasage and beans

Dinner Low fat hot dogs and mixed veggie

Snack low fat pop corn

Yesterday I walked 3.5 miles on the treadmill and 4.32 miles on the stationary bike. Didn't do good in the eating department. Was okay until dinner time will have to try harder today. :(

Well I have been exercising about four or five times a week and have been eating healthy. Today I did 40 minutes on the treadmill and 18 minutes on the bike.
Breakfast- cereal

Lunch--Low fat turkey sandwich

Dinner--BBQ Chicken and veggies

Snack-- Low fat yogurt
