Gwendolyn 02-15-01, 02:12 AM Well I was a very good girl today untill about 4 :oo. I walked 10 miles this morning ( noodle legs) then my hubby's car broke down so he had to come get mine. He worked for one day today delivering flowers for this shop. I ended up going with him. we made our last delivery at 10:30 pm eeew!.so ofcourse I had to eat on the road. Baaaad.
Breakfast- 1 slice of bread
peanut butter. coffee
no lunch, I was walking to
China LOL.
Dinner-2 double burgers, onion
rings, and a diet soda.
Later I had a chocolate delema I couldn't make my mind up if i wanted m&ms, hurshey bar with almonds or a chocolate covered heart. so I ate them all! Disscusting huh? Thats not all. Later I had a hurshey sunday pie from burger King. I feel like a pig. What a waist of 10 miles I should have walked 20. Oh well better luck tommorrow.

Gwendolyn 02-16-01, 02:59 AM ok It's thursday feb.15th. normally time for me to journal. today I don't! want to discuss it. why put myself through the embarrasment. besides the idea of journaling on here is to help other people. you won,t get any good advise from what I ate today. I have my own journal at home that won't depress any one. I will start over tomorrow. It's snowing. so much for my walking. No I can't go to the mall. the roads are bad and my husbands car broke down so he has mine. Bummer. walking keeps me from gaining. my crutch. Gwendolyn :( :( :( :(

Breakfast- 1 cup Kashi cereal, 1% milk
No lunch, got up late ate breakfast late.
Dinner- med.low fat ceasar salad,1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, 3 broccoli spears, and 2 tbls. of lowfat inst. mashed potatos. Diet pepsi.
Had all my 48 oz. of water
all my vitamins, and I walked 5 miles today,even broke out into a jog a couple of times. yeh! :D
Did you forget to mention the ice cream? Ya well so did Your dh :tongue:

Breakfast-1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 piece whole wheat toast with aprox 1/2 tsp. of peanut butter.
No lunch
snack- 2 oz. beef jerkey
Dinner- lge.low fat casar salad,
and one lge. bowl of diet cabbage
soup.diet pepsi
Snack- a handfull of kettle corn
( popcorn) and 1 oz. beef jerkey
I walked 51/2 miles,drank all my
water and took all my meds. plan
on working on some upper body
mucles tonight with my weights.

lunch-sandwhich,whole wheat bread.3slices of pepper jack cheese,low fat turkey,and sandwhich spread.
Dinner-Large chicken,ceasar salad.and lot's of kettle pocorn.
snack- whine cooler and 2 pieces of beef jerkey.
I walked 5 miles, drank most of my water an took all my vitamins. :D

Gwendolyn 02-20-01, 05:07 AM That jerkey was store bought. I went to put the stuff that I had marrinateing in the dehydrator an it started melting. Burnt out I guess. Gona borrow Mike's an start over tomorrow. Mom Do you ever go to bed? your just rebelling because your almost 19 and you don't have to any more LOL :D

2 pieces of toast with peanut butter
lunch-med salad, handfull of kettle
popcorn.
snack- piece of bread with peanut
butter.
Dinner- med salad. lean quazine rice
an beans( or something like that)
snack- apple, about 2 cups kettle
corn.( thank goodness that stuff is
gone) well seams like alot of food to me. no exersize today. 8-|

dinner-1 ,2bite size piece of french
bread w/ cheese- 1 large pancake.
Snack- orange, about 10 banana chips
5 mile walk-all my vitamins- 16 oz. water

Lunch- 1slice of whole wheat toast w/peanutbutter.
Dinner-about 1 1/2 cup spagetti with sauce,8 meatballs, 2 pieces of garlic bread.
Snack- deep fried zuccini (1 piece)
Walked 7 miles today. drank all my water.

Dinner-small ceasar salad minus the crutons,about a 4 0z. piece of chicken breast meat, 1 1/2 cup mixed veggys, 1 small boiled potatoe,diet soda. low fat dressing on salad. just salt & pepper on everything else.
4 1/2 mile walk. 32 0z. water ;)

Lunch-2 bites of a gross chicken breast,1 slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter and raisons.
Snack-2 lge chocholate chip cookies
Dinner- aprox.4 oz. of roast beef,small boiled potatoe w/ salt&pepper. 1 1/2 cup mixed veggy's (no butter)
splurge- another cookie
I know better then to have them cookies in my house, they are my down fall. I always think I can splurge on weigh in day. I wish I would get over that. It just prolongs my figure. The sooner them cookies are gone the better. I had a good day otherwise though. I lost 1 1/2 lb last week.

I have had those weigh in days that I've splurged also. I just want to kick myself sometimes. It is also hard when I buy something I know I shouln't have bought at the store. I either pig out or throw them away. I hope you're feeling good! You can do it! :)

Walked 5 miles, 32 oz. water, all vitamins. :D

Yay! The cookies are gone. Is there a since of relief that they are? I always feel guilty when they are in my cupboard. The seem to call out to me, and I answer by eating them! But boy, I'm always happy that they are gone and refuse to let myself give in again. It is soooo hard! Looks like breakfast, dinner, and snacks were healthy! MMMMM....animal crackers. I haven't had those in a while! May have to pick me some up for next week! =)

Breakfast-1 cup Kashi w/1% milk
lunch-sandwhich,wheat bread,low fat turkey,mustard,cheese,pickles,tomato an lettuce.
snack- small bag of pretzles,Kingsize snicker bar and 12 0z. mocha.
Dinner- sandwich,tuna,mustard,lettuce,spinich leaves,an pickles.,1 celery stalk,1/2 english cucumber,an apple.
later- another 1/2 sandwich and 2 granola bars. there you have it. It was a bad day all the way around.
I did finally manage my walk though after all the earthquake hype. 5 miles. :eek: X-(

Well, ok, there was that Snickers and mocha and maybe you could have stopped at one granola bar, but the rest of the day was GREAT, AND you walked 5 miles! Turn around, I need to pat you on the back for doing well AND being honest about that little blip in there!

snack- samples at the grocery store( I need to stay out of that store)
dinner-1/2 cup tuna w/salt&pepper,small boiled potatoe w/salt&pepper,1 cup mixed veggies w/salt&pepper.4 raviolies(cheese)
no exercise today. 40 oz. water
Temind me to check you for wings when I see you next. You are doing heavenly. :D

Gwendolyn 03-08-01, 02:11 AM I was a bad girl yesterday. I live on the west coast. we don't have tastykakes over here. My mother inlaw sent us some from PA. now you people on the east coast. ??? Ya know what I mean? I did well except for those. I will just start over with today.

Gwendolyn...I don't think you are giving yourself enough credit...it sounds to me like you are doing really good! We can't be perfect eaters all of the time...if we were, none of us would be here, right?
Keep up the good work, and don't be afraid to share the bad with the good!

Dinner-very small lowfat ceasar salad-about 4 oz. pork roast,1 cup sour kraut.lge.potatoe,hot sauce.mmmmm my favorite meal.
I walked 4 1/2 miles in the rain.I drank lot's of water. :)
