View Full Version : Melissa's Diet Journal
Melissa 02-04-01, 09:38 PM I'd like to keep a journal here to keep myself from slipping away from my diet.
I started the diet two weeks ago and have lost 8 pounds. Six of it was lost in the first week.
Currently I weigh 140 but I'm very short.
My weakness right now is: not enough exercise.
Today's meals were
Lunch: weight watchers cheese pizza
Snack: bite of cake, low-fat yogurt
Dinner: weight watchers mac & cheese, taco salad with small portion of meat, salsa, and one broke-up taco shell in it.
Snack: banana
Water: 8 glasses by the end of the night

I've been "lurking" around your thread checking up on you. What kind of work do you do? You seem way too busy to even eat! I just hope that you don't forget ABOUT eating. Although we all want to lose weight, we need to eat healthy and balanced meals in order to do so. I'm just worried about ya! In any case, I look forward to reading about your day to day endeavors! I also have about 20 pounds to lose! Good Luck!
