Ok Mom, I will finally start a Journal.
Today Tuesday 20,
10:30am- bowl of raisen bran w/ 2%milk
1/2 banana
3:00pm- 1/4 cup apple sauce
7:00Pm- a few bites of steak
1 bite of salad
2 bites of baked patatoe
2 dinner rolls
1 can of POP
Snack- Couple peices of red vines
I had a better day today than i have been having. I didn't however get any exercise.
Well sweet heart dad can fix the exercise I can pick you up also so you can join mom and I. You just keep up the good work and we can all (you, mom, Benita, and I) go out to an all you can eat salad somewhere. But first we will have to start by walking to that restaurant and then walking back home.

Ok dad,Sounds good to me I need to get some exercise. I had a kinda bad day today.
I did alittle to much snacking.
9:30-bowl of fruit loops w/2% milk
snack- 3 red vines
3:30-Bite of a apple and some cantaloup
5:45- 1 chocalate gram cracker
6:00- Peanut butter and jelly sandwhich and a pop.
Snack- One two many gram crackers

Ok MOM!
Today Thur.22,

3:30- half plan baggle can citra
7:30- low fat ceasar salad/tuna sandwhich/cheese bread/ can citra
I am coming too. But i warn you I am dragging my purple headed monster. 8-|
I will do at leat 3 miles. :D
Chuck they don't serve salad at MC donalds. Oh wait I guess they do. :tongue:
