Well I can start it off with getting up at 1145am. Boy I don't get to do that to many times since I work graveyard.
Breakfast Bowl of puffed rice 31/2 cups
Lunch skipped it sense I slept in
Drug out kicking to walk 5 miles (just kidding) enjoyed the walk
Dinner was great my wife made the most tasting chicken breast strips I have had in a long time. Broccoli, instant massed potatoes and a diet light Cesar salad
Late night snack was low fat popcorn
