Going to do this the following day as i have it all marked in my home journal anyhow.

Breakfast 8:00 Toast and peanut butter
snack 11:00 Banana
Lunch 12:30 1/2 turkey sand. and two
bowls low fat and
cauliflower soup
snack 3:30 Grapes
and then off plan i had a
turkey and mayo sand.
Supper 6:00 1/2Turkey breast skin
removed 1/2 baked pot.
1/2 cup corn. Fat free
yogurt
10:30 had to miss my snack at
8 out playing darts. had
to make sons lunch at
10:30 so had leftover
chicken salad on a bun.
this was off the plan and much to late to eat so be it i did it. Better day today so far. anyhow
