not a great day but again not all bad

12:30 1/2 corn soup 1/2 a turkey with mustard sand.
3;30 Caluliflower and brocolli soup
6;00 2 bowls green pea soup a small piece of ham
8;00 ham and must sand.
2 pieces of fruit cake only because their was no vogurt in the house. i think someone else is on a diet my diet food is walking.

4:00 1/2 grilled cheese
5:00 Green pea soup
8;15 1/2 turkey sand. with mayo grapes and a glass of lemonade.
9:30 half a bowl or party snacks
Mad because the scale didn't move at tops but i'm over that now at least i don't have to lose what i gained and i guess that's a +.
