First day on this site, I like it. So many people...I joined the challenge team A..I plan to write my food intake and exercise here. And so it is 6:30 Sunday night and so far I have had 3 cups coffee w/ 1/2&1/2...turkey....polish sausage w/saurkraut & cabbage and more than my 8 glasses of water...I am trying for 100oz of water per day...before I go to bed I will be having a yogart and that will be all for the day...no real exercise today but I was very active cleaning and shopping, back to walking tommorrow.Still considering going to Somercize diet but still mostly on Atkins..

Monday...the whole day pretty much sucked, I stayed on plan and drank my water but I am in a fowl mood and I think what I need is a little extra sleep, I have not walked in a few days and I am tired, sore and depressed...I am hopeing Tuesday will be a better day..
Menu:
Breakfast: apple and 2 pieces whole wheat bread plain.
Lunch: turkey breast,romaine,blue chez dressing, and spinach
Dinner: sausage, saurkraut,cabbage and chicken
Snack: walnuts
Beverages: coffee and water
Exercise: I am sorry to say none!!
