First day on this site, I like it. So many people...I joined the challenge team A..I plan to write my food intake and exercise here. And so it is 6:30 Sunday night and so far I have had 3 cups coffee w/ 1/2&1/2...turkey....polish sausage w/saurkraut & cabbage and more than my 8 glasses of water...I am trying for 100oz of water per day...before I go to bed I will be having a yogart and that will be all for the day...no real exercise today but I was very active cleaning and shopping, back to walking tommorrow.Still considering going to Somercize diet but still mostly on Atkins..
