I am only looking to lose 5-10 pounds, but lately my eating has been out of control and I feel like a pig. My weight is creeping up and I haven't been exercising much. So I am going to commit myself to writing down what I eat and what I do for exercise each day! Any input or comments are always appreciated! I am starting tomorrow, Wednesday, and I am going to do it. Here I go!

Ok, today I started counting calories and fat grams again. I am a pretty active teenager, so my goal is about 1600 calories a day. Here is how my first day went:
1 Fig Bar
1 Met-Rx Bar
1 whole wheat bagel
turkey lunch meat
vegetable pasta soup (1 bowl)
1 apple
8 oz. Dannon light yogurt
grilled chicken with ketchup
mixed veggies
2 seeded breadsticks w/ fat free cream cheese
1 cone of chocolate frozen yogurt
5 mini sugar-free cookies
TOTAL: calories: 1590, fat: 25 grams

Okay, well today I ate a bit more, but I'm not going to let it get to me. I'll just get back on track tomorrow. With my calorie goal around 1600, today was a little high. Of course I still exercised today. I need to work on getting in more vegetables and less carbohydrates though. It's kinda hard for me as a college student, but I'll keep trying! So here was today:
8 oz. Dannon light yogurt
1 cup of Puffed Wheat
1 salt bagel
turkey lunch meat
fruit cocktail
1 banana with 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
Healthy Choice popcorn
1 orange
1 blueberry bagel
1 cone of frozen yogurt (twist)
6 mini sugar-free cookies
8 Chocolate Wafers
TOTALS: calories: 1800, fat: 27 grams

fruit bowl (kiwi, strawberries, oranges)

1 apple
chicken noodle soup (1 small bowl)
1 mini fat free pizza
8 oz. Dannon light yogurt
1 cup Puffed Wheat
1 Slim Fast bar
TOTALS: calories: 1585, fat: 20.5 grams
Tomorrow will be another great day!
