Well maybe this will help me out.
Starting with the basic stats:
Height: 5'0
Current Weight: 126.8
Goal Weight: 107-110
Comments: Why do I continue to start and then slip up? I was doing this the right way for once! Eating several small low-fat meals, exercising three or four times a week. It was even INTERESTING exercise (I LOVE kickboxing!!!) But then everything falls apart and I start binging at night and finding reasons to skip out on exercise...and put all that weight back on. BUT...this time I didn't slip up as much as usual (normally I'd be back in the 130's) so before I do any more damage...I am once again ready to kick some dieting butt! :)
