1/2 applesauce 90 cal.
Lunch:
16 animal crackers 120 cal.
orange 80 cal.
luna bar 180 cal.
55 goldfish 140 cal.
ice pop 45 cal.
9 pretzels 100 cal.
Dinner:
brown rice 159 cal.
steamed brocilli 70 cal.
fudge pop 60 cal.

Today i did two 15 minutes sets of jump roping, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I also did 10 minutes of a ab workout.
