Bonjour everyone. I decided this would help out a lot if I listed all the foods I eat. I'm on the Richard Simmons' food mover program but I still would like to post what I ate and my exercises.

4/23/2001
Day 1 of food mover program

Breakfast- yogurt (1 dairy)
Lunch- Ham sandwhich (1 protein, 2 starches, 1 extra)

Snack- 24 grapes (2 fruits)

Dinner- Salad w/ low fat ranch dressing (2 veggies, 1 fat)
Baked Potatoe (1 starch, 1 fat)
3 oz. Roast beef (3 proteins)

I plan to do Richard Simmons' Broadway Sweat video tonight for exercise. That's it folks, will keep you guys posted if you don't mind

Keep up the good work and you'll be wearing that bikini! I don't even think about bikinis...it would be a nightmare! LOL!

Hi everyone. Here's is day two of the program

Day Two of Food Mover Program

Breakfast-Yogurt (1 dairy)

Lunch- Half a peanut butter sandwhich (1 starch, 1 protien, 1 fat)
24 Grapes (2 fruits)

Dinner- A burrito made with pork blade (3 protiens, 1 starch, 1 fat, 1 veggie)

I plan on toning tonight with a Richard Simmons' tape and working on my tummy

I had a pretty good day today. Here's day three of the food mover program.

Day 2 of food mover program

Breakfast- Cereal (1 starch, 1 dairy)

Lunch- Carrots w/salad dressing (1 veggie, 1 extra)

Snack- Apple (1 fruit)

Dinner- Asian chicken w/rice (4 proteins, 2 fats, 1 veggie, 2 starches)

I hope it looks pretty good. I'm not feeling as bad as I did the first time I tried so I think I'm doing it right. Good luck everyone on your journey to health!
