woooo, how about no slight discomfort no gain!! lol that's lots of good exercising you got in there.. will you beable to move tomorrow?? :)

*just finished walking 2 miles out in the rain. i love walking! oh yah, this time i did it with weight on each hand. :-/

I did 2o minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes upper body with weights then I had a nap!!! But at least I did it... It is hard for me because 2 yrs ago I was running for an hour and lifting a lot of weight, sigh!!! i keep thinking that I can do it again.......Shelagh
