I will write in the day before since I post here in the morning.
Yesterday: walk here in town half and hour with Chip and the kids.
Breakfast: small bowl cold cereal
Lunch: small portions of left over chicken, corn, mashed potatoes, peaches
Snack: apple
Supper: small portion chicken/noodle/broccoli casserole, apple sauce, roll with butter and honey
Snack: one half banana with one scoop ice cream and a little toppings. :rose:
I walked 1/2 hour.
Breakfast: cold cereal and milk, banana
Lunch: Cobb salad at TGI Friday's with 2 breadsticks
Supper: very small serving lazagna and green beans, 1 cookie
Snack: 2 peach slices with strawberry sauce, whipped cream and a cherry
No exercize, trouble breathing (better today)
cereal/milk, breakfast nutritional shake, banana
chicken, 1/2 baked potatoe w/sour cream, roll/butter
4 oz. yogurt
1/2 hamburger/roll w/pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayonaise, 2 bites macaroni salad
Walk 1/2 hour
cereal, milk
meatloaf, corn, green beans, roll/butter, applesauce, cake (half of everything but the roll)
apple
small serving lazagna, green beans
banana, 4 oz. yogurt
Yesterday was not a good diet day. I didn't do any exercize and my eating was chaotic.
cereal, milk
chips, sour cream, chicken
maccaroni salad, chips
cheeze bread stick
1 cookie
4 oz. yogurt, 1/2 banana
Then in the middle of the night I couldn't sleep so I got up and turned on the tv and ate chips and sour cream, then went to bed, and now when I got up this morning it doesnt feel like it digested, I have heartburn and a headache! Yuk. I hope I learn from this mistake.
Big Rich 05-22-01, 11:24 AM I hope you did too but you are not alone. I have been over doing it myself the last couple of days. We can't eat right everyday we are going to fall sometimes. So let's get back on the wagon and start doing it. We don't always exercise everyday just get back to it as soon as you can. I did exercise yesterday but had to make myself do it.Today we will have a good day!! :rose:

Back on track with eating, but no exercize yesterday. I WILL walk today. We had 3 doctor appt. yesterday and didn't get home until 6 pm and I was so tired I crashed on the couch.
cereal, 1/2 banana, 1 pc. toast/butter
1/2 rueben sandwich
medium serving spagetti
1 cookie
walk 1/2 hour.
raisin bran, milk
Silk City Diner: chicken, potatoes/gravy, carrots, salad/thousand island dressing, roll/butter (ate 1/2 and brought home the other half for lunch today)
1 serving size pack cookies
(small servings) meatloaf, potatoe, sugar peas, muffin/butter
2 chocolate covered strawberries
No walk. Chest pains all day. Today I WILL do my walk no matter what, even if it's only 5 minutes instead of my regular 1/2 hour.

roast beef sub
1 single serving pack cookies
hamloaf, potatoe/onion/green pepper, glazed carrots, short cake/strawberries/ice cream
Walk 1/2 hour. I was thinking of adding the steps in addition to walking since I haven't lost in quite a while. That and work on my eating. I've been slowly adding back things like ice cream that I vowed to stop doing and have an orange or yogurt instead. Also my walking hasn't been consistent since I got my GBA! I just want to keep playing that thing in the evenings but the walk is only 1/2 hour. I can turn it off for that little bit!
Cereal, milk
hamloaf, potatoes, sugar peas, cheese sticks, 4 oz. pudding
very small bowl, like 5 bites, cereal w/milk to help with some nausea. I don't know why I'm like that but when I feel sick I always think I'll feel better if something is in my stomache. Every one else is the opposite.
a couple of bites chicken, rice, asparagus. Sick to stomache
