Keep up the great work!
Remember it is not so much about what you eat but how much and how often. It all has to do with the choices you make! Hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow!

Take Care,

We aren't ignoring you wannabefitgyrl. It's just that this family is growing by leaps and bounds and sometimes it's hard to read everything.

You really are sticking to your plan. Good for you. Keep up the good work.

LOL....it's not because you're not popular I don't think!!! I just think that its because there's always so much for everyone to read!!!

You're doing great!!! I use my journal just to keep record of my thoughts...I ramble on and on!!! Just keep posting them...then you can look back on these days and pat yourself on the back when you see how you took the control seat!!!

Keep going!!! YOU CAN DO THIS...BIKINI DAYS coming up!!!! WWWOOOHHHOOOO!!!

Great for you to take control when you are 17! Wish I had gotten my act together when I was a teen! Looks like you are eating healthy and being active, so you'll see results in no time! :rose: And we definitely expect you to post pictures of you in that bikini on your cruise! Stay positive! Love, Heather

Hope you are having a wonderful and healthy weekend. I am hoping to go on a cruise next summer. By then I shouldn't scare small children by wearing a bathing suit!
