I am a 33 year old female and I weight I think 170 lbs, 5'2". Yep I'm fat. I am a size 14, which is so dissapointing because I was a size 8 2 years ago. I hate being this big. I have tried pills, but by bloodpressure can't handle it. Of course I hate diets because I love to cook the bad stuff and of course eat it too. I know if I want to loose weight I have to change my eating habits, but it is so hard. I saw this sight as I was searching 8-} for a solution. If I talk to someone else about my weight prob, maybe I can lick this thing 8-|
I want to loose 40 lbs to be a size 8 and to feel good again. someone please encourage me.

Hi Key and welcome to DT!

First thing is to come up with a plan. Try adding in more fruits and veggies. Do you drink water everyday? Are you exercising to help kick start your body? The only person that can do this for you, is you! We are all here to lend an ear and a shoulder when needed.

You can do this! Have you figured out what has changed over the past two years that may have caused the weight gain? Let us know how we can help and take a look around because there is a lot of info here.
