I have been away for over a year but I am still plugging and determined to go for the win this year. Yesterday was really good and I am shooting for the same success today. My Jan goal is coming along just fine and I have 3 pounds to lose to get there. Then its on to the next month and the next goal. I had a great day and stayed within my calorie range. I had a migraine so needless to say I did no exercise whatsoever. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I won't give up until I reach the finish line!
Well I have decided to pay alot of more attention to my carb intake which is doing me in. This morning I had tuna and cottage chesse for breakfast and I will have the same for lunch saving my carbs for supper. I know this will work because it's worked before so here goes the water again!
