Feb 14/02
B: 1 cup of multi-grain Cheerio/1/2of skim milk
1 tea and skim milk

L: 2 rice cakes/1 large apple/1 cup of veggies {NO DIP}
2 glasses of cold water.

D: 1 slice of pep pizza and a cup of Caesar Salad with reg dressing. Don't have any diet on hand. 2 glasses of water.

Treat today was Hot chocolate made with 1/2 water 1/2 skim milk and only 2 spoonfuls of mix instead of 3.

I'm drinking 2 gllas of water right now as I'm typing and I will drink one before I go to bed and I had 1 with all my pills this morning.
I went for 2 walks today which ends up to be about 3 miles.:coach:

Feb 15th/02

B: Multi Grain cheerios/skim milk

L: Bagel with diet cream cheese/ 1/4 cup of rainsins.

D: will be turkey breast/ potatoes and other cooked veggies

So far today I've had 4 glasses of water.:tomato:

B: I had Special K and blue berries with skim milk

Lunch was a bagel with p butter and an orange and a tea

Dinner will be tossed salad with spag and meat balls and buns

So far today I've had 4 glasses of water.

I wore my ankle weights this moring until 1 p.m. And I took the dog for a walk.:coach:

Today I had a breakfast drink with skim milk. I had to leave early for work.

Lunch was 2 rice cakes, orange juice p. butter and 1/2 cup of carrots

Dinner was left overs. Lean hamb,w wheat noodles, veggies and cheese.
To glasses of water.

I did not get my walk in today because I had to work all day. But I did wear my ankle weights all day to make up for it.
They are 21/2 pounds each.

I've also had about 5 glasses of water.:coach:

Today For breakfast I had w wheat bagel with p b and J.

Lunch was 6 inch sub with Ham,cheese,butter and lettuce. And juice

Dinner will be chicken breast with spices, rice and salad.


I went for my walk with the dog and daughter I've not finished my water intake today.:coach:
