Hello all!!!!
I have decided to start keeping a diet Journal.I thought maybe it would help me stick to it, so I will have just good things to write about.Well I have been on my diet for about 5 days and so far I am doing great.Lots of exercise and water(can't forget my water:) ) Also I have been eating really well and doing the slimfast thing.My dog has been helping me out and he is extremely hyper,so he gives me a good work out.Also when ever I have a craving or just am depressed he always cheers me up. I bet he is over joyed that I am on a diet escpecially since he is getting alot more attention.Anyway this is what I ate today....
Breakfast=Can of slim fast
Lunch=Can of slim fast and an orange
Dinner=Tomato soup,toast no butter, an orange and banana
(lots of water throughout the day.
