Im doing good so far:)

2-20-02
Breakfast- Slim Fast Shake
Lunch- Slim Fast shake and bannana
snack- cucumber with ff dressing
Dinner- Spinach salad w/ turkey bacon
snack- apple slices

Water for the day= 2-32 oz cups :water:
Exercize for the day= 3 trips around the block with the dog.
30 minutes of country line dancing.

My goal for today is to keep my focus and keep moving:ex:
