breakfast- slimfast shake
lunch- slim fast shake
snack- ff sf jello
dinner- Beef stir fry over brown rice
snack- popcorn
water intake - 48 oz :water:
excersice- 20 min walk, stretch excercises for 15 min.
weight lose- in 3 days ive dropped 3 pounds :D
