Incredible how harmful pizza can be even without any meat or cheese on it! Looking at past journal enties I can analyze that every time I have a pizza day I go over my caloric intake & crave a shot of espresso because I feel tired. The cookies didn't help either! Massive carb craving day!

GoGetter 05-08-02, 05:06 PM and I know it's hard I have a sweettooth myself but you may want to try not to buy or have anything sweet in the house. Make a pact with yourself if you want something sweet you have to walk to go get it and only have ONE... that would seriously help you with the fat intake Good luck.:)
