Hi all...

Check out the Queen of the Beach Challenge! This challenge will be a great way to start to incorporate the principle of healthy eating and excercise into your life! It's great for beginers because it starts out slow. The first weeks just requires that you drink at least 64 oz of water per day. Then you slowly add healthy eating and excercise in stages.
