Fruit is definately my savior. I enjoy 3 pieces each day.. usually in my afternoon before dinner. This is after a modest lunch.

thanks for all the advice, I'll definately start keeping some fruit in the office, probably bananas.

Luke, I saw that you eat about 500 calories for lunch, that's working for you? I might also try uping my lunch calories a bit, feel more satisfied.

If you "supplement" your lunch with some fruits and veggies, that will add a lot more nutrition into your diet.

It works for me, because I then eat 2 pieces of fruit at 3:00 for a snack. If after 500 calories, a liter of water, and 20 minutes after lunch.. if I'm *still* hungry.. which I'm not, I have pretzels I can eat... 110 or so more calories.

It works for me, because I know I'll be busy soon enough and won't have a moment to think of food.
