Breakfast:
1 Papaya stuffed with fresh raspberries..Yum-my
Burdock root tea (for Weight loss).
Lots & lots & lots of water!
Lunch:
Veggie Soup with Rice & rye.
Carrot juice
Perrier
Snack:
A cold green bean salad wit sliced almonds olive oil & balsamic vinegar..
Perrier with lime.
Dinner:
I wasn't really hungry so I snacked on some(1 slice) of Rice cheese & 4 wheat(From the Health food store) crackers &
a beautiful Asian Pear!
Yum..
I was working most of the evening in the darkroom,then took "The Beasts"(my Wolf Hounds) out for a run before "Survivior."
I Just swam 12 laps in the pool and took a sauna..
I Found a DietBud! Hip hip hooray!I was beginning to feel like a leper or something~Sob~..
I'm really wired have way more energy than usual also I have to visit the loo every few minutes(or as it seems,anyway) because of all the water I've been drinking!

My Rant..
I took an assignment for a friend of mine and an,I have never felt more discusted with myself & with society & yes,Fashion magazines(which I worked for today,So I added to it!Baaadddd) for perpetuating this unrealistic goal of "Beauty".
Also,as trollish as these 6 foot 3' Amazons made me feel with my wee little 5'3" frame and my 7 extra pounds,I thought you know what,What a miserble life these girls have I mean(aside from The guys droolng over them & big bucks,that is),imagine being rewarded for your Gene-pool?Modeling isn't something you study for or earn,it's like here you are this walking barbie Doll..These girls are over the hill at fricken 32..
Anyway,as I watched them "break for lunch".I couldn't believe it.Cigarettes & diet Sodas.Oh,and some were throwing up in the bathroom.My friend warned me not to go in the Bathroon after lunch.Kind of takes that allure of Glamour away when you hear these beauties puking up their rice cakes..How sad!
I am glad I don't do this Fashion Photography crap for a living!I can relate to Nature, not man created freaks of nature.What an odd little world..
Anyway,I was really nice & the girls liked me but what weird shallow lives they must live...
I was up all night,wired from Swimming & all this extra energy so,I was kind of a snarkie ***** today..Took my beasts out for a run (about 20 minutes) then a power walk of an 1/2 hour..
Got home & took a sauna & a cold shower..
Breakfast:
A Glass of Cranberry Juice upon rising.
Shredded Wheat With Rice milk.
Evian, about 7 bottles..
Snack:
Rice cakes & Mango Chunks
Perrier
Red Clover Tea
Water,water,Water..
Lunch:
1/2 Honeydew Melon
celery sticks stuffed with Tofutti Cream Cheese
For Dinner I'm having:
3 bean Salad with Roasted Beets and endive..
Some Guiltlesss Gourmet Lime Cilantro Tortillia Corn Chips & SSSSSSSalsa..
Papaya Mango Iced Tea
And Some Sleeptime tea in the evening..
Have been on my feet & must develop these shot & FedEx them out inthe 'morrow!I have a long night...

:) I got home fom NM this morning and I am beat!I did so well being on the road this time!I mean,I had fruit and salad and drank lots of water!
I tink,I must of at least cleaned the toxins ot of my system with all that sweating!I don't know hw people live in that climate..Anyway it was a very spititual experience and I got great photo's & everybody is happy..
'tis grand to be home..

Will start exercise regime in the 'morrow (providing I have the ability to move!)
