So, how was everyone's weekend.
Mine was great, did a three-mile walk on Saturday morning and then worked in my yard all weekend. My muscles are very sore, but I feel like I did great this weekend.
I ate right, worked out and feel good about how I handled things.
Unfortunately, my scale says I'm up .5 from last Thursday. I'm hoping it's just water weight from all my exercise!
Big difference in how I view myself from before. I would have automatically decided the diet wasn't working and it wasn't worth sticking to.
