The good news.
I unexpectedly had a pretty good day. A shame that that's news worthy, but I can't remember the last day I stayed on plan.
My biggest slip today was hardly a slip. We were out of bread at lunch so I ate a normal-sized bowl of fat free corn chex knock-offs.
That has more cals than the dry toast, I'm sure, but when my biggest slip of the day is fat free...Hey! That's a good day!
I wish I could say it was through determination or self control, but I was busy and it just kind of happened.
I wish it would happen more often. :)

Good going dosflores! I think that's the biggest thing...to stay busy. Sticking with a plan 24/7/365 is a hard thing to do for anybody. They say the trick here is to just never give up! So keep comin back, it works if you work it and you're worth it!

Desflores, I love reading your posts, you are too funny girl. But, you said it yourself. When your busy, you don't have time to eat. So each night, pre-pack your meals for the day or look into a meal replacement shake that has a combination of nutrients to make things easier. Keep busy at home as well. Talk on the phone, clean your house, read a good book, turn on music and dance, take a walk, whatever just do something to keep your mind off food. After a while, you'll build your self confidence and determination to stick to and achieve your weight loss goals. You can do it!

Congrats dos and I know how you feel.. I am on day TWO of eating well. :) My company bought us pizza for lunch.. I thought, no problem.. 6 points for vegetarian.. I get there and it's PIZZA HUT personal pan pizza. http://www.diettalk.com/uub//frown.gif I only had half. :)
