koala,
Sure that happens to everyone. Just keep doing your plan cause it must be working well. I can go up 4-5 pounds during my period it is all water..just dont let those PMS munchies get ya and you will be down in no time..and remember to drink lots of water cause the more ya drink the easier your body releases what it is retaining..
YOU ARE DOING FABULOUSLY!!
:)

HEY GIRLS ~
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM ONLY MY SCALE GOES UP 4-5 POUNDS A WEEK BEFORE. IF I DONT REMEMBER IT THAT TIME I GET SO FRUSTRATED. BUT THE POUNDS DROP BY THE SECOND DAY. THANK GOD!!! ITS ALSO A CHALLENGING TIME THE WEEK BEFORE BECAUSE MY HORMONES ARE OUT OF WACK, SO THEN MY EMOTIONS ARE FLYING AND ERGO I EAT. TO TAKE THE EDGE OFF I EXERCISE MORE, AND THAT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD.
GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL ON YOUR JOURNEY'S. :D

You know what happens to me? My weight goes up up up, peaks and then goes down down down further than where I started. Apres-period weightloss is better than any other time of the month for me!

So keep up the program and you'll notice great results on the scale in a few days! :)

That happens to me too corinna! Thought I was the only one! LOL

Most women have "monthly" fluctuations and the best thing is to stay on our programs..wait it out, and all will be well. I will say this...since I've been working out, my PMS is GONE! and believe me...that's a huge blessing to my whole family!! hee heehee! Take care all!
