Ok...I need some help here. Last week wasn't to good of a week food wise and I also only went to one class of Taekwondo all week. I havn't given up, but I really don't seem to have any motivation for anything. I guess one of my big problems is I don't know what to eat. I'm a guy but I do like to cook but the thing is I don't have time because I get home from work and I have to be out the door again. Any suggestions on foods that I could make for myself that's fast and fairly easy?(and I'm not big on sandwiches, went thru 12 years of school with brown paper bad lunches! lol)
I need help and ideas for motivation.
Thanks.

Soup and chili are filling and quick. You could have salads and fresh veggies cut up and waiting. Make dinner on Sundays and freeze 'em until that day and then pop'em in the microwave..
Cereal is good for you and quick as well.. Along with fresh fruits.. Mmmmmm.

You know I had a friend at work that was always busy and he found that he would try and set aside a couple hours on Sunday and cook a whole weeks worth of food, to freeze or keep in Glad containers for easy access.
You know there's always Healthy Choice, weight watchers, lean Cuisine meals. Breakfast, Oatmeal, Egg whites, with fat free lunch meat wrapped in a fat free tortilla, is way fast, You can get Chicken Salads on the go,
Make a big thing of Stir fry to eat during the week, all the veggies you like, with chicken or imitation crab meat, over rice, Garden Burgers. Pasta, with tomatoes, eesh I could go and on, And remember if your on the go and you have to eat fast food, just remember nothing fried, charbroiled, preferably chicken, Hold the mayo, hold the cheese, and a salad on the side.
