Hi all
I went and spent a few days in the bush to try and get myself on track. All i brought out to eat was veg. fruit and a loaf of fourteen gain bread and there was a jar of peanut butter there.
I allowed myself 3 slices of bread a day 2 bowls of veg. and 2 fruit my scale says i lost but tonite is tops we'll see what that scale says.
