I know that exercise is really important, and I really want to. But with my job I stand up 8-10 hours a day, basically in one spot. By the time im done, I couldn't pay my feet enough to do anything else. I've really been thinkin on what to do, but thought maybe my DT team could help me out with suggestions. thanks...

How about you get a bike, that way you wouldn't have your feet pounding on the ground. You could also try swimming, which is a great form of exercise. Anyway I wish you luck with whatever you choose :)

Theresa you did not say how much weight ya have to lose but might I suggest weight training you can check out some great books on it at the library and ya only need a few sets of dumbells to start out..CHECK out Joyce Vedrals book she is the greatest..and this is an excellent weight to lose fat because building muscle allows your metabolism to rise...
:)..ohh and it won't hurt your feet..hehee
