well going to the bush with no food worked well i lost 5 1/2 lbs. at weight in last nite. that was great. Know to keep it up not that little food but at least some sort of decent eating anyhow.

Weightloss 100% guaranteed!" then we take 'em to the bush and lock 'em in your shack for a week with only the food you ate! Whaddaya think?!
