I am back and starting a new journal. This will not be a daily journal, I am not going to even attempt that again. Just one more added stess, and I don't need that. I am going to keep track of what I eat daily, again following the food pyramid and keeping track of water. I will weigh in once a week on Mondays (works best for me, keeps me on track over the weekends).
The big difference with this journal and my last is that I am devoting it more to becoming fit and healthy than just to lose weight. Losing weight will be a side benefit. The scale will not rule me. I will get measured and weighed, maybe I can schedule a body analysis at the Y for Monday, I'll have to see what it is all about(you get two free a year, guess it is good to start at the beginning). Then I will measure once a month(maybe if I get brave enough, I will even get down to weighing once a month, but not holding my breath on that---still tied to the scale, it is that weekly motivation with the scale that drives me).
Anyway, this journal is to keep track of how I improve my fitness over the coming months.
I am starting out slow with the exercising, don't want to injure myself and get side lined when this is what it is all about. So, till I post again. Good luck to all who venture in.
