Well its that time again...journaling. I have decided to journal so that it may help me through my weight loss process. Im on weight watchers. Today was pretty good. Im still in my points range as of 434 pm, but soon were having a fathers day dinner. So i may go over a little today. I wish i had the energy to exercise, but im so tired after working all day. I'll be back tomorrow to journal again. Lisa
Glad to see your journal! Looking forward to getting to know you.
Do you have any exercise videos? I just got one of Richard Simmons videos from eBay and I LOVE it! It's fast and easy and gives you what you need! It's his 20 min. blast off. I'm sure there are other videos that are good too, but that is just my experience. I hope you can get moving soon....diet plus exercise = MAJOR SUCCESS!
Stick to your plan and you'll succeed!
Have a nice Father's Day with your family!:)

Welcome to the journal section at diettalk. :)
You say your too tired to exercise. Yeap I know that feeling. But guess what try doing just 5 minutes today and then increase it by a couple of minutes each day. Honestly before you know it you will be exercising each day and not feeling as tired as you are now. I felt the same way when I started out here. Now my energy level is way up and I feel lousy if I don't exercise. Go figure that one...........lol
Anyways glad to see you here and hope your journey towards a healthier life is all you dreamed it would be. :)

Hi Lisa,
Welcome to the journals!! I am glad to see you here!! Yep I think you have done the right thing. Journaling has helped me a to see things about myself that I either have forgotten or didn't know. Plus the input from others for me is very helpful!
I never did ask what you studying in college. You know you can take that same determination and motivation it takes to go to college and apply it to losing weight!! I know that when i started college it took a lot of determination to go and complete the course work for my Master's Degree of Science. My major was Special Education with a minor in History and English. I also have 15 credit hours toward my Doctorate.
Lisa just think what you can accomplish when you set your mimd to it!! The possibiliteis are endless!! Yeaaaaaaa
I know you can do this and I will help in everyway I can. Let me know how you are doing!! We are all here for you!
Have a splendid day,
Love and hugs,
Lizzie
