Happy Monday Snow Angels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually this is real early Monday morning say about 1:05 am. I didn't want to over sleep and not get this thread posted so I am doing it now!!

Congratulations to all you Snow Angels for having such a tremendous weekend!! Lots of staying on program and tons of exercising going on too!! Don't you feel just wonderful?? I know I do.

So here we are day 6 already. Are you ready to tackle Monday?? I sure am! I am going to stay on program and drink lots of water. My goals for today are:

1. Stay on my ww program
2. Drink all 64 oz of water--that means all lizzie!!
3. Do a Richard Simmons tape--Silver Foxes--low impact
4. Find one thing positive about myself
5. Take at least 30 to 60 minutes of "me" time
6. Realize that I am in control of what goes in my mouth
7. Believe in me

That should get my day started with a yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!
Just think how great it feels at the end of the day knowing that you have accomplished all your goals for that day. Knowing that at the end of the day you are one step closer to the new you and your new body. Doesn't it feel wonderful knowing that you are in control and nothing is going to stop you from achieving your goals today. That no matter what life throws at us we will still succeed!!! Are you ready for today?? You know that I am. We will do this!! We are WINNERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WE are in this together so let's do it SNOW ANGELS!!!!!!!

Good morning fellow angels!

Hope today will be a really good one for everyone.
Mine is off to a good start, tho I had to get the whip out to get me to the track. I wanted to do 2 miles, asked God to help me do it (as if GETTING me there wasn't ENOUGH!) Woohoo! I got it! I know He is concerned about everything that concerns ME and I need a reminder sometimes that HE is IN everything! Nothing is too big......or small, to take to him.

Now.....ME NEED COFFEE! I do the half-caf so I don't get the boost I would from real coffee! I've cut way down on any of it. Perhaps 2 cups a day when I used to do 5 or so.

LizziB, I like your affirmations! I'll do some for myself.

Happy Monday. I feel great today. Not dragging like I normally would be. I was actually down another pound this morning. Whooppee!!! 265 -- here I come!

My goals for today:

1. Stay on points
2. Drink all my water
3. EXERCISE
4. Get to bed early

Hello fellow Snow Angels and Happy Monday!!!

Lizzie - you have great goals for today, which I just know you will achieve. I went back and read this weekend's posts and I was so sorry to hear about your sister. My thoughts and prayers are that God will send his healing strength to your sister and that He will help you and your family through this difficult time.

Brenda - Congratulations on making it to the track this morning. Some days it is REALLY tough to roll out of bed early to exercise.

Stacey - Awesome job on losing that pound. More will surely follow!!

I got a great start today. Made it to the gym for 30 minutes on the recumbant bike, 2 sets of lower body weight training, and 100 crunches. Sporting a thunderous headache but hopefully some excedrin will do the trick to knock that out.

Today's goal: No sweets and get all water in. I can do it!!

BTW - I feel really good about my exercise program. So far I have managed to exercise everyday in June. I treated myself to a manicure on Saturday to celebrate. Right now I intend to do the same in July, PLUS no sweets. If I make it, I will treat myself to a manicure and a facial. Can't wait.

Good Morning Snow Angels,
This morning I'm doing great except for a couple things. I gained 1 pounds, but I'm not to worried about it. TOM is visiting me, so that's proberly has a lot to do with it. The other reason I'm not doing so great is that my arms are sunburned from being in the sun all day yesterday. I have aloe vera which is helping to keep them cool.

Here are my goals for today
1. Stay within my ww points
2. eat some veggies with dinner tonight
3. drink 4 liters of water
4. get my workout in
5. post in my journal about the me past few days
6. give myself a pep talk, and tell myself just how great I'm doing

Good morning everyone!! I am so glad that everyone is off to such an awesome start this Monday morn. I myself was a bit of a sleepyhead this morning. I wanted to stop in and say hi....but now I am off to do my daily exercises.

GOALS FOR TODAY!!!!
1. EXERCISE (15 min, Nordictrack, 15 min stat. bike, 30 min Tae Bo, and this evening, I will do water aerobics for 60 min)

2. Drink at least 96 oz. water

3. Eat within calorie range....1300-1500

4. MAKE IT A GREAT DAY!!!!!

Hoping that all of you have a wonderful day....we are all of to good starts!!!:D

Good morning Snow Angels.

I had a busy weekend and am still tired I definitely could have slept longer this morning.
Well since I was so busy I didn't have to worry about my eating I easily stayed within my points range. I was so disappointed on Friday because I found out my horse was still sore so was not able to ride her at the show on Sunday. Since she was sore I decided to try riding my mom's new horse that I have been training but he just wasn't ready. So instead I rode my dad's horse. Luckily I am not in the same age division as my dad so my dad rode in his class and when he was done I adjusted stirrup lengths and then rode in my class. So at least I got to ride.

Lizzie just wanted to let you know my thoughts and prayers are with you during these trying times.

My goals for today.
1. Eat within my points range.
2. Drink 100 oz of water.
3. Walk for 20-30 mins.
4. Do 20 min of cardio.

Everyone have a super day.

Good Morning S.A.
Well, I'll admit it, my one true weakness found me on Saturday night. I'm not happy with myself, but I had potato chips. :doh: ARG! The good news is that once I got that pebble out of my shoe, I didnt' let it interfeer with the rest of my weekend. I got right back on my horse and continued on with exersicing and eating right. And yesterday, I was right back on track, everything is ok.
So, since I have a 1-9 shift at work today, and I slept in this morning, I'm going to do my work our tapes when I get home.
I'm going to continue to eat right, and I too will force myself to drink that water.
My thoughts and prayers are with all of us right now so that we can get where we want to be, and a special prayer for your family Lizzie.

* weights - chest, shoulders, and triceps
* drink water
* feel happy

Hell Snow Angels! i started out early this morning and cleaned and rode my exercise bike and went for groceries. here are my goals for today:

1. drink all my water
2. eat within my points range
3. ride my exercise bike
4. be kind to myself and others
5. learn to have patience
6.take care of myself
7. post in my journal
8. read and post in others journals
9. eat veggies with my dinner
10. relax after work tonight

Wow Snow Angels we are an awesome bunch!! Look at all we accomplished in just one day!!

Mondays are almost always a blah day but we turned into a wonderful goal filled day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I get so excited when I think about all we can do in one day!! Just think of all the possibilities!!!

Now to have a restful night and sleep. Thank you all for your support. I could not have made it without everyone of you!!

Just one day at a time!! Feels so good to be alive!!

HI angels!
I'm sneaking in on the tail end of Monday.......shhhh!

Stacey! Alrighty then! Down another one! (I found it I think?)

Luci and AJ......wanna be our exercise guru's? You guys get after it! Luci....I got my nails done yesterday. It's the one special treat for me that I do every two weeks. Been gettin' 'em done for a year and a half and love 'em. I want a pedicure but am too bashful to put my feet in someone elses hands!

Katie: Hope your horse improves quickly. It's good you got to ride your Dad's tho. WOW.....a family of riders! Sounds neat!

Cori: oooooh! Chips! ME WANT SOME! I actually said no to some the other day. I was hungry, wanted salt, passed 'em twice but I ignored the siren call. Perhaps I can make a habit out of "NO"-ing myself! I might learn to like it! Exercising that power over myself! I live alone so no one else would feel deprived! LOL!
I have a super water bottle with the pull up top that I really like. Holds 36 oz. so it helps with my daily quota. Once I got used to doing water it has become my beverage of choice.

Sandy......my you had a BUSY day! I like all your goal lists. I did mine yesterday but didn't post it here. It's for the rest of this month....7 days.

1) Walk 12 miles (have 4.25 down as of this AM!)
2) NO eating while watching TV (day one a GO!!)
3) 100 oz of H2O (got 108! Yippee!)
4) Plan meals to avoid impulse eating (not quite successful)

Lizzie...........hope you got some good rest last night! I was in bed by 8:30.....did I mention my addiction to it? I was up at 4 AM tho.
