I got this from my weight loss center, it is a sheet that were you list some evants that might sabotage your weight loss. and some questions you should ask your self before you give into temptations. it really makes you think. On a piece of paper list title it "Events that could sabotage my weight loss sucess."
one side list Scheduled other side Unscheeduled
give a breif description of each event and possible temptations.
then write these 3 questions.
1 Does this food choice fit into my goal for weight loss?
2 How will I feel about tis choice tomorrow?
3 What can I do instead of sabotaging my success?
Keep this tacked up were you can see it and also list at the end ot the paper
Out door activites that you really enjoy doing in the summer
and the positive things about them.
I did this and you will be amazed how it makes you think about it
and maybe even prepair your self for the event.
