Hi DT Friends
The emails I get back showing there is a reply are great! Then I don't seem to get so lost!
Bike riding going well- every night about 4 miles. Need to Pick up the water bottle more often! Lots of support at work. They are going to make me stay til all my waaater is gone! I think that might work! Don't want to stay lataeer than I have to!!! Still no loss but no gain either so I am not to sad:o I will make it! 1200 cal low fat! Keeping a journal is a FANTAASTIC help and so is my buddy Sandie.
