My goal is to get back on track with the WW plan. I've had 4.5 points so far this morning and am feeling full and satisfied having eaten one of my basic foods.....p&j sandwich with milk. YUM.

I haven't being willing or able to diet for awhile, but I'm here and I'm trying....again.

So many things going on in my mind and in my life. But I'm trying to focus on this one goal for me. I can do this.

cactus' goal is 133.

I am delighted that you are back with us. Somehow, I just KNEW you'd be here again eventually....

I am back from Las Vegas...feeling fine...I had my 4 wisdom teeth pulled out yesterday...so now I am not feeling soooooo fine...but each day it gets a little better!

I am on a liquid diet...not by choice...I am hungry...waa waa waa...:c( ...glad your back...

Hi Cactus! I guess you have been away from DT for a whie too. I just got back on tonight after about 2-3 weeks. It is so hard to stay focus!!! We need to do this together! I am exercising regularly, but can't seem to get back to the points. Writing down everything seems to be the key. I hope you continued to do well today and I hope we will both stay on track and on-line!!!

I was so damn hungry yesterday I ate pizza...with my front teeth...funny...funny sight...My jaw now feels sore...I don't know if its from attempting the pizza or from barely moving it to eat???
