Starting over after not journaling for at least a year!
I've decided because my parents are coming on Friday for a month, I will need help...they can trigger stress which causes me to over-eat!

I have been doing well for the past couple of years, working out and keeping control of my eating. I should be proud of myself, but still the fear of gaining weight lingers. I am probably the same size I was in high school, but it lingers....

Today I ate;

breakfast: cereal-half Vive, half All Bran with skim milk, 2 cups of coffee, calcium chew.

lunch: ovaltine shake with skim milk/banana, ww bagel with low cal berry jam, calcium chew

snack: 3 fig newtons

dinner: jamaican rice/beans, 3 bean salad, ww bagel with lite veggie cream cheese.

snack: mango and a few low-fat crackers, camomille tea.

water: 9 bottles

I did an interval-training workout and an ab workout.

Didn't get out much today as it's FREAKIN humid here...didn't want to leave the a/c!!!!!

Today I did pilates; upper/lower body and basic stretching.

breakfast: Vive/All Bran/skim milk, 2 cps coffee, calcium chew.

lunch: ovaltine shake/skim milk/banana, wwbagel w wild berry jam, calcium chew.

snack: berry burst muffin

dinner: tomatoe/rice soup, wwbagel w lite veggie cream cheese.

snack: a few low fat crackers, cammomile tea

8 bottles of water.

I REALLY wanted some ice cream...a chocolate-dip cone from the ice-cream truck.....thank goodness he didn't come around tonight.
Night is the hardest...I get SOOO hungry at night...this has always been rough for me...

Another humid day!

I did the Cher/Kelli Roberts step/abs/buns ect. this morning for my workout.

breakfast:vive/all bran/skim milk, 2 cups of coffee, calcium chew.

lunch: ww bagel/berry jam, ovaltine/banana/skim milk shake. calcium chew.

snack: wildberry muffin.

dinner: we were at the mall, so I had steamed rice/veggies/spicy chicken and a fortune cookie.

snack: popcorn at the movies.

9 bottles of water.

I didn't post yesterday, so I am doing it this am!

I did pilates...core conditioning..upper-body contouring and basic stretching.

breakfast:vive/all bran/skim milk, 2 cups of coffee, calcium chew.

lunch: wwbagel/wildberry jam, ovaltine/banana/skim milk shake, calcium chew.

snack: mango

dinner: mgrill chicken sandwich(lite menu), small fries..(Mcds).

snack: small apple ice cream cone (Laura Secord).

8 bottles of water.

My parents arrive tonight...I feel the anxiety...I feel like I want to eat everything in sight...but I am determined to keep control here...they don't like it when I take the time to work-out during the day...but I have to...I am just gonna have to work around it...take that hour for myself...insist!!!!!

Serenity now, insanity later........

:hug: Your diet/exercise are terrific and inspiring, and I know you'll hang in there through your parent's visit--you have that kind of will-power. I believe in you! :)

I didn't get a chance last night to post....sooo...

Yesterday: I did interval training and abs.

lunch: wwbagel/veggie lite cream cheese, ovaltine/banana/skim milk shake.

snack: piece of strawberry licorice..

dinner: chicken/veggie wrap, a few french fries...a ginger ale that made me feel kinda oogey.

8 bottles of water, sleeptime tea before bed.

Today: did pilates, core conditioning

breakfast: vive/all bran/skim milk, 2 cups of coffee
lunch: chicken/veggie wrap (was out for lunch with mom).
dinner: bbq chicken, sweet potatoes/red peppers/onions, cob of corn.

sleepy time tea before bed...

Feeling VERY stressed.....but I continue to breathe!!!!!
