What’s up guys? Just thought I would check in. I have just started looking at this site a few days ago seem like some very motivated people. I have really gotten back on track and this has really helped. I have lost about 40 so far but I still want to loose 10 more that has proved to be much harder. Motivation has wondered. But since finding this site I have been back to meetings and counting my WW points and had a good training week. I love to run and ride my Mt bike. Over the last 10 or so years I have gained weight but I still worked out. Just not as consistent. It got harder and harder to keep up with the guys I was riding with. So I just chalked it up to getting older (39) So I would go by myself or not at all. But since the first of the year I have lost 40lbs and I am riding and running better (especially on the hills) than I did at 29! I am again able to ride with those dam kids! That is so cool! It is nice to feel young again. This was a large motivator to me. Not sure how many others can relate or understand the importance of this. It is nice that I look better but, it is way more important the I can again do the things I did before and not have to worry if I can keep up. That is a gift!. Well Good luck all and it so worth it.

Eat light, train hard, avoid tv, and people with bad attitudes. Gary

Oh ya...I know EXACTLY what you mean. I play hockey. Its always been the main motivation for me to work out. This past spring I had finally lost enough weight where I'd got "my wheels" back. I started blowing past guys again for the first time in probably five years. GOD IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!

I use that as motivation every time I start getting slack with my workouts. Works great!

good for you guys... It's amazing how much more energy and better you feel when you lose the weight.
