This week has not gone to bad. At work my supervisor was on vacation. Which was a good thing because every time you look up he is there. When I am have a bad day get away. I have to make a count everyday but sometimes the machine does cooperate and that stresses me out to the max. Last month I got wrote up for production. I told the plant manager that the machine has issues and they should not put every tom, dick, and harry on it. He could not believe I wrote that on the paper. I think the stress of that job and at home makes me use food in the wrong way. In the last several days I have done very well on program. I hope have a weight last on tomorrow. I would like lose about 30lbs. by December. That would be a wonderful Christmas present to myself.
After WW tomorrow, I am going to clean my house and just relax for the rest of day.
On Fridays at work I do not get a lunch hour so I eat while I am running the machine. I had 1 cup of Kashi Good Friend cereal, 8oz. skim milk, 1/2 cup of pineapples, and a large peach. I also had water. one cup of French vanilla coffee(as of Monday I will be eliminating that.besides it does not taste good). For dinner, I had about 12 french fries, 2 onion rings, and a 4oz. turkey burger, one reduce fat roll, one large slice of tomato with mozzarella cheese. And a garden salad. I was full when I was finish.
I did not exercise today because Friday is the day I usually go to the farmer's market.
I am sleep now. So I am going to bed. Everyone have a great day
