:tomato: Hi everyone,
About a month ago, I started a new plan, but
I am not calling it a diet this time, I am calling it
a change of life style. I have changed my whole
out look on eating, and everything I put into my
body, after all this body isn't getting any younger.
Also I keep a food and exercise diary, of all my
daily food intake, how much exercise I do, and
also how much water I drink, I am finding that
this really helps, when I can look back and see
exactly what Iv'e had and done for the day, if
I don't see a loss, I can look back and see if I
need to make some changes in my food intake
or increase exercise.
Also I make notes to myself, on how I'm feeling
on certain days when I want to fall back into old
patterns of over eating and eating junk food.
Things are going pretty slow but, considering
where I was a few years ago it's not to bad.
My all time high was 415, and now I am at 315,
so I guess I have come a ways, but it has taken
me a long time, and I still have a long way to go.
