Hello everyone I am so excited I am jumping and I can not even keep these fingers on the key board... I have the Official ok and I am proud to say that I am heading up a new chat on Monday nites at 9pm EST the chat will be on "Body Image" and how it effects you. This is going to be a huge help for me. and I promise everyone I am really going to do my home work on the subject, everyone is welcome to join. I know for me this is a subject that I have a hard time dealing with is my body and how I look and how I feel and too I know for alot of us that once we reach goal how do you handle looking different?? well hopefully we can all grow and learn from each other...
