Hi guys! I am very interested in beginning the weight watchers program. Can someone direct me to a site/info on the point values for foods. I'd like to know more before I spend the money to sign up online. Thanks a bunch & you all have a great weekend!

Hi Erica,
I believe in order to see the points for the food you first need to sign up for the online program. to find out more information go to www.weightwatchers.com

Once your at the sight, you should be able to click on the icon where you can learn more about the online program.

I'm not sure if your going to be attending meeting or not, but another good alternative to the online program is ordering the at home program.

That way you only have to pay a one time price.

and find a lot of info about ww. Also like Katherine suggested www.weightwatchers.com also will give you an outline of the program. There is a site called Toni's Personal List of WW Points Values that has lot of good infor there and it is free. Plus I have listed some of the points values for food in the forum.
