Hi Hilde,

WELCOME BACK TO DIETTALK ..... I just started using the WW Points Program because I was in the same position you find yourself now .... you know I may be wrong ...

But you might just step back and take a look at what you are doing. Some times we become so sure that we are really doing everything we're supposed to be doing to insure our progress .... AND WE AREN'T.

How many points are you allowed? .... Are you recording everything you are eating; are you drinking at least 64 ounces of water; are you exercising?

Losing weight is like a job ..... if we do just a so so job ... we are going to get a so so result. DON'T GIVE UP ON YOURSELF. The easiest thing we can do is say I CAN'T .....

Glad you are back .... you might check the WW Forum and Chat here at Diettalk. The Weight Watcher's Chat meets on Friday at 9 p.m. EST in Scheduled Chat Room.

Keep posting. Always, Monica

Well I AM PLEASED FOR YOU ...... YOU WILL SUCCEED .... all it takes is YOU BELIEVING IN YOURSELF.

I really believe that we help each other ...... we all have problems .... and it sure helps to share those problems.

LOL my real name was Monique ... when my parents came to this country .... they decided to Americanize my and their names ... don't ask me why. I would have been very happy to be named Monique. Many of my girlfriends ... call me Moni (not lol Money) because they say there is no nickname for Monica. But at almost 60 years of age .... lol I guess I will keep it.

I hope you have and make it a great evening; success is ours to be achieved .... YOU WILL DO IT HILDE.

As always, Monica

Well now I have something to share ..... I was born in Shanghai China ...... my father was born in Germany and my mother was born in Russia .....

My daughters are first generation on my side .....

I always liked the way Europeans pronounced my name is was said as Monika .... that is why my girlfriends started calling me Moni ..

I came to the U.S. when I was 4 years old ..... it was a strange feeling because at home I was treated as a European child and when I walked out the door .... I was atypical American child. So you see it is a very small world ....

We give each other support Hilde ..... that is what is so special about this site ..... Again take care and have and make it a terrific weekend. As always, Monica
